I just graduated from six-week of Intensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology. I attended the advanced General Virtual Assistance Training. During the training, I learned basic administration tasks and online tools to help me in my journey as a Virtual Assistant. We tackled CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Email Handling and Calendar Management, Data Entry, and many more. They taught us basic graphic design and video editing.
